This project has 70 supervised dwellings for elderly people

The plot is located between two party walls, so the project starts from there, repeating these walls in the same direction during the plot which will divide the houses and it will the body to the project.

​

By the other side, the collective space is afforded by extending one of the walls, leaving completely open to achieve the bigger space as possible.
