RE Urbanization

In the area of Sitges and Vilanova i la Geltru, we have to find a problem and try to fix it. We realised that the residential neighbourhoods that are located outside the cities weren’t developed.

We tried to approach the city to here, doing new pieces of equipment which consisted in a hotel, a school, an I+D+I all of these around the subject of wine because we were working on a vineyards area and we also did new planning of the streets and new houses where receive the new people who come to this new place.
