It is a dwelling project with several points to discuss.
Starting with the facades, there would be two readings, the first one, the search for more light throughout the house, creating an irregular façade that is always looking to meet the pure south, on the other hand, the part of private, public space and semi-public, with a semi-public square, shared between neighbours and adjoining buildings, on the other, on the upper floors with a gallery to share between the neighbours so that the interior of the house meets the exterior, and finally, now inside the house, a private outdoor space for each one corresponding once again to the interior-exterior relationship in a more private way.
Regarding the interior of the house, it is composed of a central piece that is transforming the space, this piece, made of CLT, would be a part of the furniture, which will never touch the perimeter of the house, even in height, always creating a circulation open inside the house.
